I'm thinking of adding a few Pokemon found in Altering Cave and the Safari Zone to my Emerald team.

Heracross - ???

I was thinking Facade would work well on Ursaring if he gets poisoned or whatever, giving it an Atk power of over 230. Any advice would be appreciated.

I dunno, Focus Punch doesn't work in game. Rock Slide is your only option against Gengar

TWave with counter, sub with focus punch. If you can get a good HP Ice (at least 60 power), use it instead of TWave.
