I can see why TTar and Hippowdon would be banned because of those new abilities,and you would need a specified plan to stop a sandstorm based team, beacause ice types like Weavile aren't strong enough to stop them. And I'd be willing to bet that the new ground types will have to much deffence for physical attackers. Since there is all these ground types I bet that there will be a lot more action from Kingdra and other fast water SP. attackers.

What's bothering me is that Sand now gets a power boost on 3 types of attacks with Sandpower, as well as non-uber pokemon that can provide auto sandstorm, yet the ability SolarPower which is only given to two pokemon still chops off a massive 1/8 HP per turn.

Where's the justice Gamefreak? : (

I doubt they would ban them, just keep them OU for sure, Sandstorm will be more common in BW, also, Mijimaru or whatever the name is, is based on a samuri... thats why it looks like one. The starters are based on 3 cultures, Western = Grass, Chinese = Fire and Japanese = Water.

That's an interesting style for the starters to follow. I like them, though most people seem to hate them :/

The reason why I think sandstreamers might be banned is because now it looks like sand has the same speed boosting and attacking abilities rain and sun had. iirc, smogon tested Auto sun and rain and came to the conclusion that regardless of who has Drought or Drizzle, auto/permanent rain and sun are considered broken. But then again, the pokemon that have Sandpower and throw might not be too tough, so it could work out.

The thing is,there would be too many sandstorm teams out there after black and white comes out, and the only other non Uber weather producer is Abamasnow. BUT there are two sandstorm producers,TTar and Hippowdon. So sandstorm teams will be likely to have both. And I'm sure that the new ground types will have Rypiror and Hipowdon stats. Meaning that physical attackers will be almost useless.

Sandstorm.

The whole face of gameplay changed,teams forced to change against will, physical attackers considered worthless,your favorite pokemon can hardly be used anymore,in short, a absolute disaster.

Look, Ger, we can talk this out. Leaving is one thing but leaving because of what's been said will just leave everyone with regrets. Crazie took away your league powers and planned to talk to you about it live on the chat instead of just through PM's. He did it last thing before he went to bed and was going to talk to you first thing when he woke up. There was no disrespect meant.

The chandelier is amazing. As is it's typing.

I actually have a list of the ones I like, but I'll let you post back before I post them.

My favorite new poke'mon is deffinetly Zekrom. Dragon Electrick makes it have the ability to take out Kyogre and Palkia in one or 2HKO with thunder punch. (asuming it learns it). And its ability gives it choice band when using it. Thunder punch+move type+tera voltage=mass damege. Maybe they'll give it Dragon Dance.

It's ability doesn't power up it's moves. It just doesn't get affected by abilities. So it could take out Shedinja with an Electric attack. Kyogre would still be able to take it out, as most as scarfed, and can hit it hard with ice beam, and even Groudon could take it out, easily taking a hit, and then hitting back with Earthquake for STAB.

I got zekroms ability on youtube. I'll be on Battle Revolution now so I'll see anyone who has it on.

Whad ya expect? And my salamence was only Lv.53,not 100 so that should count as one.

Anyways I actually lost a battle! The funny thing is the guy I lost to got extremely lucky,meaning 3 turn outrage and moves always hit. The guy I lost to though forefit the next time I faced him when I faked out his trick roomer.
