Wait for my sets lol

Darkrai @ Leftovers
Timid Nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
{Bad Dreams}
- Substitute
- Dark Void
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse

Well, this is by far the most broken set in any tier. It is just so simple. Sub on a pokemon after putting them to sleep, and NP before removing them with Dark Pulse. It can then repeat the process on the next pokemon! Terrakion may get a boost from the move, but it will die so easily as it still takes damage from the attack. It is quite hard to stop after it has Subbed up. It is the definition of "Uber". Dialga can't stop it, despite resisting the attack. At +6 (which is easy to achieve), GG.
That's a good set I think we should do this set personally

My only qualm with this is that it is our set-up sweeper and I usually pick that part last in a semi-stall team, but how I make teams is irrelevant if the community wants to do it a certain way. It is still an option to consider :)

I agree with Hax here. Set-up sweepers such as Darkrai, Manaphy, Rayquaza, etc. should be focused only once we decided what kind of support out semi-stall team can provide, but if we want to skip the stall portion of the team and pick our set-up sweeper and from there pick what will support it defensively, then by all means lets pick one.

Here's one set up sweeper

Rayquaza @ Life Orb/Lum Berry
Ability: Air Lock
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Speed/4 SpD
- Outrage/Dragon Claw
- V-Create
- Extremespeed/Earthquake
- Dragon Dance

Come fourth the Sky Guardian, Rayquaza. It has very good Offensive stats. 150 in all stat IIRC. But it's real letdown that it's speed is 95.
Things such as Scarfed Palkia and Kyogre can handle it with Spacial Rend/DM and Ice Beam respectively. But what really helps is that its setup move, Dragon Dance, it raises its speed and attack by one stage that can outpace Rayquaza such as Scarfed Kyogre, Scarfed Palkia, Mewtwo, and Darkrai. Okay, maybe not Mewtwo and Darkrai since I didn't check. But two DD's up will, but not Scarfed variants. EVs to maximize it's Offensive Capabilities. 4 EVs go to SpD due to having a lot of Special Attackers. Jolly is for the speed. Air Lock is a blessing, but also a curse. V-Create won't be weaken by rained, but will not power up in Sun. Outrage is your STAB move of choice. But if you don't want to be confused, go with Dragon Claw, but Outrage is very important to get some kills. Extremespeed and Earthquake is your move of choice. ESpeed to weaken off weakened monsters, while EQ hits Heatran. You might want to use ESpeed if the team isn't weak to Heatran. Life Orb is to power up your moves. While Lum Berry to cure your Confusion from Outrage or get rid of status. Hazards are recommended. Get rid of Focus Sash Deoxys before they Ice Beam you, basically why you need ESpeed, unless you nabbed off enough DDs. Rapid Spin is very recommended. You don't want to take a lot of damage with Life Orb Recoil and SR damage.

And I would like to state one more thing: It has perfect due to Outrage/Dragon Claw + V-Create bar Heatran.

For those if you who don't know, Rayquaza can learn V-Create due to Event in Japan.

For those if you who don't know, Rayquaza can learn V-Create due to Event in Japan.

V-Create is best used on a Swords Dance set, where you have Extremespeed as necessary. Which would mean that this would need paralysis support for it to sweep with V-Create.

About the Darkrai, I think that would need support in the form of removal of priority users, and fast scarfers like Kyurem-W or Palkia.

For semi-stall, I'd say that Espeon is very good at stopping hazards being set up. I do recall Pokemon Trainer R had a set with Epeon that utilised Yawn and Focus Sash to stop sweeps...
