Hydro Cannon
Bite
Water Pulse
Surf

I need to find out which moves should I delete/change?! and for which ones?

Pidgeot Lvl 36 ;018;
Fly
Aerial Ace
Steel Wing
Quick Attack

Same thing

Weepinbell Lvl 31 ;070;
Cut
Sleep Powder
Posion Powder
Giga Drain

I need to know if I should wait for a good move or evolve it right away!

Nidorino Lvl 34 ;033;
Horn Attack
Strenght
Toxic
Secret Power

Same as Weepinbel

What other two Pokemon could I raise to balance my team?

If you're planning to keep that Blastoise as is...

Get rid of Hydro Cannon, and Bite. Get Ice Beam, possibly rid of Water Pulse and try looking through what you have for TMs. You could do a Focus Punch Blastoise. You just have to get it to learn Substitute.

Bite...I would like to change it for a good Physical type...

I think you should wait until your nidorino learns horn drill and put that instead of horn attack. Then evolve it and teach it earthquake instead of secret power. The final moveset would be; horn drill, toxic, strength, earthquake.

You should aim for these move sets for your pokemon. Don't teech your pokemon HM moves apart from surf use HM slaves.

Great! I´ve noticed you have great knowledge...and your Nidoking set is awesome...but you think I should wait ´Till Nidorino learns Horn Drill or should I evolve it right away?...

Evolve Nidorino. It can’t learn anything good from lvl up. Evolve Weepinbel too.

Your team basically dies to Starmie, so get a Snorlax.

Your team also has trouble taking physical hits, so I'd recommend one of the following Pokemon:

-Drill Peck
-Rest/Substitute

Forretress @ Leftovers
-Spikes
-Rapid Spin/filler (filler if in-game, since no one uses Spikes)
-Earthquake
-Explosion/Zap Cannon (lol Zap Cannon)

Weezing @ Leftovers
-Will-o-Wisp
-Haze
-Sludge Bomb
-Pain Split/Fire Blast/Rest (you usually won't pull off rest)

Suicune @ Leftovers
-Surf
-Calm Mind/Ice Beam/Roar

Replace Blastoise with this if you decide on it.

I usually use Roar, but Roar is probably useless unless you are playing NetBattle...
