Why use Ice Beam when you've got a STAB Dragon move?

Magnezone, Scizor, Steelix, Bronzong and Empoleon are good choices in a mono steel team. Bronzong is especially useful because of his typing and Levitate, while Empoleon can handle bulky waters, who can pose a problem for this team.
