Needs more Normal/Flying resist. Try Metagross or Skarmory.

give up espeon and hariyama and replace them with meditie. YOu can then addb skarmory and then get a pokemon that can learn some ground moves

if you have FR LG explosion if you don't use brick break

Don’t use Shadow Ball on Metagross. Meteor Mash > Shadow Ball.

What Metagross needs is Earthquake.
