Tyranitar: Stone Edge, Earthquake, Thunderpunch, Crunch
Pidgeot: Fly, Steel Wing, U-turn, Return
Leafeon: Leafblade/Razor Leaf, X-Scissor, Dig, Iron Tail
Red Gyarados: Aqua Tail, Ice Fang, Outrage, Bounce
Ampharos: Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Power Gem, Signal Beam

And yes 2 of my pokemon get sent to platinum to get move tutored and evee is going to evolve (right after I get it) but all 6 will be obtained in Soul Silver

There is no need to send Tyranitar and Gyarados to Platinum to learn Move Tutor moves. Tyranitar can learn ThunderPunch and Gyarados can learn Outrage and Bounce in the Frontier Front. However, it is easier to teach them the moves in Platinum, so do whatever you like.

I wish i could remake my team from gold but that was back when i sucked and had only a lv 100 feralagatr, lv 50 something Arcanine, and a bunch of low level HM slaves. I would go one or two super pokemon over 6 equal level pokemon

Most of them will be EV trained as well for use on WiFi. Of course, WiFi teams are never static, so expect others as well.

I am actually now planning on starting with Cyndaquil. After that I am not quite sure what I will have possibly Umbreon or Espeon.

I think I'll use something along the lines of this (SS):
Feraligatr (Ice Punch, Waterfall, Outrage, Crunch)
Crobat (Cross Poison, Toxic, Fly, Sky Attack)
Ursaring (Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Rock Climb)
Lugia (Aeroblast, Extrasensory, Recover, Sky Attack)
Kingdra (Surf, Whirlpool, Draco Meteor, Iron Head)
Donphan (Strength, Rock Smash, Earthquake, Thunder Fang)
That way, I cover all the HM's except for Cut (which you don't use much after the first few badges) and they are used in a way that makes them powerful. And yes, I'll be relying a lot on the move tutor.
