Pretty good for a first time. ^_~ The guys hand looks a little funny though. (The one that the pokeball's in) The lines look a little shaky, but hey, for a first time this is great. (Or at least it is in my opinion)
EDIT: OMG The guys hand that I said looked funny, well his thumb is on the wrong side.

I like da Domino one... but da guys thumb... weird... what I do 2 see if da thumbs on da right hand is whichever way da person is standin', I do da same... den I hold my hand da same as da person 2 see if it's facin' da right way... but besides dat, very good!

You should use layers or mask so your colouring's cleaner. ^^ I think Photoshop has them.
I like the poses on the Team Rocket pic.
