It looks WAY better than your last.
But improvement isn't everything. You still have much to work on.
First of all, it's the same panel over and over. It's just a talking body. And why should Giovanni battle their children? (That line sounded cheesy, by the way.) If he's still alive and battling, shouldn't Ash also be alive and battling?

Yeah Ash and Gary should be battling, but they don't know that Giovanni is back and they use their white hair as an excuse even thought there 20. And Giovanni wants to battle their kids cus they're novice trainers but not for long.
Note: Episode 1 for the good guys view will be up same with episode 2 for team rocket's view.

This is a very good comic Ross. I like the plot, well there is just a little part I don't like. It is a bit funny and sprites and speech bubbles are nice. Keep up the good work, I will put an eye on this comic *puts eye*

It,s a good idea for a comic but 2 things are a bit weird

1) Ash and Gary are 20 and they already have 10 yr old children
2) Ash and Gary have white hair at the age of 20

Why is there a repeated panel for Team Rocket's issue 2? And most of your comics have the same scene repeated 2, 3 times, only with different speech.

On-Topic: Pwetty good, except some plot mistakes:
1. They'we 20 yeaws old and already have 10 yeaws old boys and gwey haiw(I know it's been already pointed out....)
