Skarms pointless ingame but Curselax could work.

-Mirror Coat is an option for Electric and Grass types that try to fight it, but other then that it's great-

-Alakazam can't survive any decent attack, just use Timid and attack away. It can use Recover, but honestly any attack that doesn't kill it will probably drop it down into the Red Zone, just keep it as is and Calm Mind on any switch.-

If you want a SkarmBliss counter there is - Seviper, Exploud, Sub-Puncher Raichu/Ampharos and a bunch of others. Even Bannete if you make it Lonely/Hasty with Thunderbolt

Zexrex5, calm mind is an awesome move. You do have a point though.

DUDE, stop spamming and double posting!
I already have milotic to use icebeam... I'm using fire punch to get rid of steel and grass weaknesses for ttar and milotic, and I'm using thunderpunch to get rid of water weakness for ttar and to own flying Pokemon.

That Steelix sounds nice, as does curselax. I might raise a blissy just to transfer for the Diamond and Pearl metagame, as I doubt another Pokemon as good as her will ever come along and steal her place as queen of specialspongedom.
