(Good for Kyogre bolting, beaming quazas and Groudons with good enough speed to pass all 3 most of the time)

Flamethrower
Rock Slide (Need to beat Sheddy, or else he'll crap all over my team)


(This is 2 v 2, will have 4th pokemon up by tomorrow.)

Yeah, Ice is the big one, I'm trying to find an Ice resister, I think that Regice'll cover it, my regice has this moveset, he is not EV trained sadly...

Dual Psychic Trainer
For the annoyer Sceptile, use Substitute instead of Double Team, and give it Leftovers as well. Seedstalling will annoy your opponent more than Double Team, mainly because they could use Aerial Ace which is pretty common since its extremely hard to get a good HP Flying in-game. I don't know about Regice, so I can't suggest anything there.

Hey thanks! I got the natures for a few, besides, I'm gonna retrain now. They're imperfect so I'll start the game over, my good pokemon are on emeral anyway. So then I'll perfect my EVs.

Nature: Adamant Kay, but then FB is needed over FT
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Flamethrower Fire Blast

Okay, thanks, the movesets are okay other than your suggestions, also, I can't easily get another of either, so I geuss I'll have to go get another,lol. I'll go catch brand new ones. Well, If I add another pokemon, what works well with groudon? I think I'll use my lugia due to the flying EQ resistance, and can cover Groudy's weaknesses, Regice resists Ice, and I don't think Sceptile will work, Ice moves will probably be common too. Dangit. I might as well use a water type... but what... Maybe I'll use my metagross. Alright then.

Good, but it needs some Defense to stop Rock Slide using Speedsters.

A Pokémon that uses Whirlwind/Roar to change the opponent's stats. A Hazer uses Haze to do the same thing. [/obvious description]

Could use Jolly Groudon.
Groudon Evs-52 HP, 204 Attack, 254 Speed.
On regice, You will want Rest/Psych Up>Curse. Mainly cos you are cursing up for nothing.
Regice Evs-150 HP, 168 Def, 188 Sp Attack, 4 Sp Def @ Bold
Something like that.

Standard is whirlwind/calm mind/recover/ice beam(thunderbolt/psychic-rarely) for lugia.

@FM, regice needs more special defense evs if you are running bold.
