Umbreon: make it hold leftovers + teach it shadow ball over mean look
Jolteon: teach it dig over sub
others have proplems but i can't think of them now also evolve the eevee into Espeon@leftovers moves :

^^ Good EV placement. HP Ice can be changed for grass, it's there so you can outrun dugtrio and KO it with an HP Ice/Grass. You don't need both sub and T-wave.

Uh the porygons could be considered the 6th Eevolution or you could try this if you really wanted to :x

All of these eevolutions end with "on" so does porygon, and the 2 is its evolution. Those could perhaps be the human made 6th Eevolution

1st of all, with 65 base attack & a -atk nature, shadow ball won't do much
2nd of all, Dig makes it so a a Modest Wooper can OHKO Jolteon it w/EQ
3rd of all, Sub is standard fare on most Jolteon
4th of all, Then I'd have 2 Espeon
5th of all, that set sucks
6th of all, see 1-5
7th of all, see 6.
