i don't lose
if you're going to battle people you may want to get rapid spin on starmie as you'll encounter a skarmory eventually. not an expert on EVs so i won't rate those but all-in-all, looks like one of the best teams i've seen on this forum

Write EVs like this: 100 HP/ 100 Atk
Don't put the / between the stat and the number because it gets really confusing.

Unlike what crashandburn said, don't put Psychic on Gengar and Starmie. They have much better moves to work with.

Snorlax's EVs and Nature need work:

I don't want to be unkind...but don't listen to crashandburn or Ace_Hardlight. Psychic on Adamant Metagross? Psychic on Starmie? Shadow Ball on Gengar? An all-attacking Metagross with no CB? A Snorlax with no STAB move? No, no, no.

Anyways, imo RestTalking Milotic works better yours, though yours works just fine. And I heard on Magnetic_Rock_Mountain that this is really two different BF teams, right? If so, then Will-O-Wisp, Confuse Ray, or Hypnosis can go over Ice Punch on Gengar since you already have Milotic's Ice Beam. KingBattlus is right, this is one of the better teams I've seen.
