Ta-dah! They aren't great, but thanks to some helpful suggestions, I've kinda grown to like the little buggers.

the second one just looks like a modified rukario.

Yeah, I 've heard that before. It's not meant to be. I assume people think so because it's blue and stands on it's hind legs. But whatever. Had I been able to sprite it just a few months earlier....

that, and many more features. in fact, it looks like rukario took off it's tank top and shorts, got a mullet and more realistic ears and tail, and lost it's spikes and face stripe.

Wow, they are great, the first one looks somewhat weird, maybe it's just me.

You should try to add four legs to it, it might look better. You are very talented.

well, now that you posted a picture of what it originally looked like, it sure is easier to tell you what to do with it. it looks like your fakemon went through some major changes when you sprited it, like the colors and tufts on the ears and tail tips. something you could do is try to recreate that. also, the expressions could also stand to be more like eachother.

would you rater have actual discussion about your sprites, or the repetitive praising that most people fly around doing?

I can tell you weren't puposely making it look like Rukario, so I think you did a great job. Those are probably two of the best customs I have ever seen.
