Oh, hello thar. ;3 How ya doing ~

Well, yeah. I'm Tunduli and I sprite quite a lot. I have quite a succesful spriting business going on on another forum (Pokecharms.com) and so, when I joined here, I thought "Why not post my sprites?". So yeah. Here they are. x3

Scratch Sprites
Well, scratch sprites are basically when you sprite from scratch. As the name implies. I.E, you don't use any bases and stuffs. And I only recently decided to scratch sprite, so I fail at it. Yayz. Anywhos, some examples;

Splicing/Morphing
Basically puting two or more Pokemon together. o3o Some people use splicing to make Fakemon, as I have with these two. But others just do it because two Pokes put together looks awesome. xD

Mapping
Well, mapping is just basically what it sounds like. o3o You know the little town maps in Pokemon? Well, mapping is basically making them. xD I've only made one up to date, but here it is:

Finally, my speciality! Once when I was bored I made up a new category of sprites. Basically making a Pokemon-sprite into a Pokemon-plushie-sprite. x3

these are realy good!
but this is the fansprites section so you cant make a request shop in this section. try this one. the trainers sprites may need a slight adjust in the shading (especialy the vaporeon one.)

I think your plushies are my favorites! Your best cosplays are the eveelution ones. I think that the Magmortar one is pretty good except for the bottome half. I can't think of how it should look, but it seems wierd to have that bulkyness there.

Your sprites are interesting. The fakemon aren't my favourite, but their concepts are great. I'm just not a great fan of them. The splices are morphs are interesting as well, although there are only two of them. Nice ideas, and you've done well. Mapping is a field I'm not faced with too often, so I don't know how to go about critiquing them. Now, the Pok☺30Plushies. Nice idea, but some of them don't work, in my opinion. Chikorita looks great, same with Furret and Ariados. But I don't think Charizard and Salamence work. Mainly because of the colours you used for the their stitching. I would've used a colour not contrasting to the black on Charizard, I probably would use a darker shade of it's black palette, and something along the same lines for Salamence. THe trainer are ok, but in all honesty, Zera looks like Lady Gaga. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing more.

I like your grass starters. They're a little basic in terms of shape and style, but they're better than what I could make. Great job.

The grass starter evo one should have a bit more scratch-editing to make it look as though it's NOT a fusion. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it also looks like it was originally saved in JPEG? And Tunduli is cute. I like that one.

I don't really critique on maps (because anyone can make them look professional with minimal effort), so I'll just say yours is good.

The plushies scare me. I don't know why, they just do. It's just an unusual concept, I guess.

ALL of your trainers/cosplayers are great; however, I would like to see a little less dithering on that Jynx lady. It's a great sprite, just clearing up that crosshatching would make it look even better.

All in all, your sprites are really very good. I'd like to see more, so keep up the good work!

I know what you mean with the Salamence and Charizard. Using the default black hardly showed on his already black skin, and I wasn't happy with either of those two dragons. As I've said before, they were requests from people on other forums, and I'm fine with them as long as the requesters are fine with them. But yeah, to be honest, they're not too good ... >__>

And yeah, Gigantree was originally saved as JPG. I originally done it on the house computer, where I didn't notice that JPG. was the default save option, but meh, it was too late. ;^; But then I got my brother to send it to me for my netbook and I made it transparent on Iaza, et cetera.

And I've edited my posts to get rid of the request-thingies. ^^
