    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

just wondering, do tempo and flow affect the purification process in anyway apart from helping Lugia?

No. Just the tempo. Max the tempo in all nine sets..

There's an official Purifying Chamber thread somewhere here.. but no, flow doesn't matter for Lugia; just the other shadow Pokémon.

sorry, what i meant was how do they affect all the other pokemon? i know how they affect Lugi, but what do they do to the others?
