since nobobdy gave me an answer last time, do the tempo and flow affect any pokemon other than Lugia. if so how.

They affect how quickly a Shadow Pokemon in the Purify Chamber will be purified, in the number of steps you take.

dont you only put pokemon that are already able to be purified in the chamber??

You can put a Shadow Pokemon in the center of a group of purified Pokemon. That Shadow Pokemon, if it is anything other than XD001, will be purified slowly as you walk around while it is in the Purify Chamber. The better the Flow and Tempo are in a Stage, the quicker a Shadow Pokemon in the center of that Stage will be purified.
