Temporary Key has Expired error?

I downloaded a game from iwin.com, payed for it and everything and now it gives me a error saying "Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author."

I've downloaded games with iwin before, and they all work fine. I know that my computer meets this games requirements because I played through most of the games free trial before recieving this error. I've looked all over google for a solution that'll work with iwin and the few I found haven't worked. Do you have any thing I could try to make this game work?
