Totally forgot about Whirlwind. But why Confuse Ray over Shadow Ball? Shadow Ball gets STAB and is super effective against the Ghosts that Seismic Toss won't hit.

Well,because if you're running it as a wall,you can't go wrong with a 100 Accuracy move that's gonna confuse.It'll do quite a bit combined with WOW.But,that's just my point of view.

I feel like it's counterintuitive to burn something and confuse it though. The other Pokémon won't hurt itself as much if it's Attack is cut by its burn.

First post updated with suggestions from Emeraldfan and Salamence lover Logan. Also changed Tyranitar back to the old Tyraniboah set since I think it'd really add to how evil the team is if I can have the 2nd Gen posterboy of Pokémon evil basically make its own horcrux. Added Donphan over Claydol too to put a QuakeSlide user into the team.
