Text buttons

I'm just wondering how to make buttons that show text when you click on them like in the news last month.

If you are asking how to get text to link to pages, instead of showing the URL:

I think he/she is talking about spoilers. If so, then you do it like this:

Spoiler: insert heading here

insert spoiler here

[/noparse]

Which becomes:

Spoiler: insert heading here

insert spoiler here
