everyones help, now I have a blissey, but I also beat the e4, how do I get the rainbow ticket??? MY starter was charizard, to see if it makes a differece....;006;

EDIT: I would like to hear many posts first because I will go to a sleepover and play all night, and I want to have fun that night, so yeah

Isn't the rainbow ticket the one you get after you get the ruby stone on one island?

^ yeah i got completely confused sorry and for future refernce it is not known as the rainbow ticket its called the rainbow PASS

to get the rainbow ticket go to celio on one island and he'll ask you to get the ruby for him, its located on one island so tis easy to find just surf and go north until you find two team rocket members beat them retrieve the ruby plate and give it to celio he'll then ask you to get the sapphire and he'll give you the rainbow pass in order to get the sapphire plate
