The 1st form face-off!

This is the face-off for all the first form pokemon and pokemon that can't evolve.
The title here says form because that was what I wanted it to be in the 1st place.
Rules:
1. Regular SPPF rules.
2. If I'm offline and a pokemon gets 10 votes, the round isn't over.
3. No bashing any pokemon in this face-off or your vote isn't counted.
4. You can vote every 4 hours.
