Welcome to the Azure Tower! This clan will be primarily competitively oriented, and we will be looking to quickly expand to war other clans, host in clan events, and participate in Smogon tournaments as a group. That said we still welcome casuals who are more interested in just hanging out and relaxing.

There are two divisions; the upper tier for the competitive battlers and the lower tier for the casuals. Being in the lower tier doesn’t mean you are worse than those in the upper tier, but is there to signify your aims in the clan. It is possible to move from one tier to another as your real life circumstances change. Also each tier has several ranks which may be attained by members. Note that unlike those of most other clans these are important since they allow you to partake in certain activities. Your rank upon joining will be determined by your choice of tier as well as a test battle.
In order to move up in rank you may request a test battle once per week (starting three days after the admission to the clan), and you may be promoted base on improvement shown. Note that the Azure Guard ranks serves as the war team and has only five spots in it. Note that not being an Azure guard doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible to participate in wars. Members of the Titan rank may challenge those of the Azure guards once a week by spending Soul Shards (clan currency). This challenge battle is best out of five, and in the event of the challenger being victorious the current member of the Azure Guard is replaced.

The following jobs are available to members. Not that some jobs may not be requested until you reached a certain rank or passed a test to make sure you are capable of performing it. Also keep in mind that certain benefits (being tutored) are only for the competitive members (for obvious reasons). To apply for a job fill out the following form:
Tutor: This job is only available if you reached the Titan rank or higher. Tutors try to get members to improve their battling skills. Tutoring lasts a month or until the designated tutor decides his tutee is ready, and a test takes place for the tutee at the beginning and the end of this time period. Note that you must be ranked Earth Warden or higher to ask for a tutor to be assigned to you.
Breeder: While we don’t hate the use of pokegen and saving tools, some people are against using them. Breeders hatch Pokémon with good IVs, natures, and egg moves as requested by their clients, or they may donate them to the clan shop. People with the Caretaker rank or above may become breeders.
EVers: Similar to breeders, these people ev Pokémon for their clients. Caretaker rank and above may apply to this position.
Artist: if you are interested in creating art for the clan apply for this job. Your work will be posted in the art section or given to your clients to use, and credit will be given. Caretaker rank and above may apply for this position. An example of your work is needed (so that we know that you are capable).
Saver: Some people don’t have anything against pokegen or saving, and those that have the ability to use these are welcome to offer their services to other members. Anyone who is caretaker rank or above may apply for this position as long as they have ability to gen/sav. Note that you must capable of making completely legit pokes.

We have all items which each cost 5points per item and also pokemon which cost 10points per pokemon. Each pokemon can be sav’ed or RNG’ed your choice.
