Good at Life.
Um .. you can't control what pokemon you get here. Just pick the strongest guys there whose moves DO something out of the 6 they present to you. Hopefully, if your luck is terrible, swap out for their Latios or something.

And if I hear that you picked that Hariyama with all 3 Element Punches, I'm coming through your internet.

Old Fogey
always a good idea to avoid physical pokemon with only special attacks as examples may include gyarados, hariyama, granbull and even tauros though some of these are quite a pain to face especially those with trait of intimidate.

One exceptional pokemon is gengar as it has a special sweeper, physical sweeper, and an annoyer moveset which I recommend any of them, maybe the round 1 annoyer to a lesser extent.

oblivion weilder
i got a great genga that was an annoyer but was very affective

The new tuxedo look!
I always like steelix and sporepunching breeloom, I think they help a lot.
Also mirror coat/safeguard/surf/ice beam milotic is very nice.

<-- Solves any case!
Meganium leech-seed
Granbull megakick (equivalent to megahorn/ hydropump/fireblast/ect)
Suicune calm-mind
Snorlax curse
Miltank curse
Gangar special
Milotic with mirorcoat icebeam surf recover
Heracross end/reversal ONLY the others only have 267 attack

And there are probably many more.

Never forgotten
Round 4- Gardevoir rocks!
Reversal heracross rocks!!!
sunnybeaming houndoom rocks!!!!
Explosioning Steelix rocks!!!!
Blissey rocks!!

That's why I'm always passing this round. Recently I wasn't smart enough to replace my blissey with sturdy steelix on a sheer cold walrein *sigh* back to zero.

It seams nobody understadnds this, so i'll show an example
