hey, i really reALLY want to make some awesome pokeblocks... and the pokeblock master can help you with that... but how often does he appear at the lilycove contest place.... does he appear every week, or just a random time.... i really want to know

Totally random. It's funny. He visited my Emerald game and I made a whole lot of awesome blocks that I will feed a Feebas once I breed one with the nature I want so I can get Milotic. Strange, about a week or so later, he visited again. I didn't expect that to happen.

He's as a random as a random thing. On Emerald I didn't see him for three months and then I see him four times in a fortnight. Just keep a lookout for the TVs that give out the news.

I saw him the 2nd time after a few days after he visited the 1st time,but its random, I was gonna mix up some pamtre berries with those 3 people but i saw the berry master ^.^
