Best Dragon type? (without ubers

Which is the BEST dragon type pokemon? Including ubers AND NOT including Ubers? I go for Rayquaza as the best dragon type there is, and for non-uber, Kingdra for its nice stats and lack of weakness (only against dragon).

Rayquaza may be Uber, but Flygon is the best everyman Dragon. Salamence comes close, though.

Eh, Rayquaza may have the 680 total stats, but it'll mean jack squat if a Latias with icebeam 1HKO's it since it has a 4x weakness to ice.
Non-Ubers
This is a tough one. Salamence and Kingdra pretty much have everyone else owned. But all non-ubers have that 4x weakness to ice, except for kingdra. Kingdra can wipe the rest out with a Blizzard or possibly an ice beam. So I guess Kingdra.

Just a guess, but have you ever used Flygon? Besides, Blizzard might miss: Earthquake isn't going to, and Kingdra isn't going to shrug that off.

No, I haven't actually used a Flygon in a while, but I've beaten most of the ones I've faced so far with one ice beam. I have to admit, they are useful w/ levitate and a STAB'ed earthquake, but ice beam might take it out if a lot of spc.attack EV's are given to Kingdra. But Flygon is intersting though, if it was a little bit faster, then it would have an easier time of taking out the other dragons, such as Salamence.

Flygon wules,It makes a great tag team with Salamence(like in Jirachi Wishmaker)But nooo they make flygon not good as salamence...I say the Latis!ice beam compatible with soul dew and calm mind

Flygon. It's completely immune to Ground and Elelctric attacks, plus, it can pull off a STAB'ed Earthquake.

Salamance. He is just plain cool, strong, etc. A very good Dragon tipe Pokemon.

Ubers: Rayquaza

Non-ubers: Flygon because it has high attack and stabed EQ. It is also unique in it's typing, only sharing it with it's pre-evo.

well it dont have that hyper weakness to ice but it dont have a good dragon atk
