Electabuzz - Modest
Sceptile - Modest/Timid
Swampert - Brave/Relaxed
Scizor - Jolly/Adamant
Salamence - Jolly/Adamant

assuming it's all for 3rd gen.

It depends on movesets.
Charizard and Electabuzz are best as mixed sweepers.
Charizard: Lonely
Electabuzz: Mild
Salamence can be a special sweeper, hence Modest Nature. I don't think Jolly is needed.
