This is to see who's the best of Pkmn in certain areas(Sweepers,Tanks, Annoyers, etc) of the whole 3rd Gen.
Here are the rules:

1. No ubers. ( More categories soon) Have Fun :)
2. I will nominate the Top 10 for the Best of the Bla Bla(Physical Wall for this 2-4 days to start easier), and then the first 5 people can correct or vote(everyone can vote though) incase I put someone lame or someone is better.
3. When you vote make itVote:i.e Skarmory so I'll count better.
4. Votes wil be closed when: A Pkmn has 20 more votes than others, posts are going down, or I have plenty of votes(maybe 2 pages in Default Setting

Isn't Claydol more of a wall than special sweeper?
Gardevoir could go in that list.

It was between Gengar and Starmie but starmie get's STAB as a sp sweeper and it's got rapid spin so yeah.
