The best placw to catch legandary dogs

im looking for suicune and ive looked for 3 hours and i havent even seen one im currently looking on route 11 by vermilion, any one know any good places???;245; ty in advance

Route 11 is a good plece that´s where I caught mine.
Have a pokemon on level 49 and use a repel make a few steps in the grass and if Suicune doesn´t show go in to the house and go into the grass again.
Repeat that until you see Suicune.

i just went around and did normal stuff til mine randomly encountered me and then i went from there, if i didnt catch it then i can now track it

Just when you see the beast Suicune, Raikou or Entei and take it in your pokedex, just save it in one route and resset it, look at the pokedex and resset til its in the same route you are did this help youhope it did aaaa yes and i recomend you to use a wobbufet or a pokemon with mean look

Yeah... Im basically trying this trick: got it from a person...
Go to Pallet Town and Surf down to the little grass field. Stand on the grass in one corner and do not move! Now Use your Max Repel. And then Save the Game. After you saved it run wildly in the grass. After taking 30 steps in the grass Restart your game by pressing A+B+Select+Start together. Restart the game many times on each restart the Legendary Dogs will move. When your done restarting your game lots of times go to your Save file and walk to the grass.

And You'll get Suicune!!! Remember to have a Pokemon that is below Level 49. Make sure you have a Wobbuffet also. Suicune will quickly fled after it's it's turn. Or you can easily catch it by using the Master Ball!

Dark Venasaur, we are just talking about the places that are good for finding it. We dont need to take our lives and search everywhere for it.. The legendary Dogs also move so, we it'll be hard.. -_-

I caught Entei on Route 23, but I really think the location of your legendary beast when you find it is all a matter of luck. I don't see why anything would exist in the game's programming to make the beast more likely to appear in some places than others.

Kick around in Cerulean City, and if you see your Catdog approaching any of the adjacent routes, head there. It's kinda annoying when it turns its tail and flees (goes away rather than entering the route you're entering), and you have to check your dex each time you change a route, which is quite slow in FR/LG, but it'll still be faster than randomly wandering around.

thanks guys i got ma suicune in cerulean city you all know the cave where mewtwo is , i surf on the water there theres 3 different rutes just on that little place i ws there for about 20 mins ;245; thnks again

Caves and "dungeons" such as the Power Plant are the two places in which the Legendary dogs (and any wandering Legendary, really, including the Lati_s in R/S/E) cannot appear. You can find them surfing, as Gregus did, or even (if you're playing G/S/C) Headbutt them out of a tree; but you can't find them in a cave. Now why one of the beasts wouldn't want to settle down for a nap in a nice cave I don't know.

I found mine outside of Celadon City with some help from a Max Repel.

I Haven't Got SUicune Yet, But i Have Discovered That If You Use Pokedex To Track, If You Fly There It Just Leaves the Entire Area. If You Walk, It Stays Around That Area. Im Getting Suicune Before The Year is Up. I Traded My Leafgreen Masterball To My Firered Account

Well When you are fighting with the beast, just have all your party full of wobbuffets, because ROAR only changes pokemon to other pokemon, and if you do that, the beast will always get a wubboffets out and will never scape.

Not in the wild. In the wild, Roar causes you to flee and end the battle. Because of a bug in the game, if a Catdog uses Roar on you, it vanishes forever. (so save before attempting to trap a non-Suicune Catdog!)
