The Best Pokemon Game Ever?

A lot of people seem to be very dissatisfied with current slew of Pokémon games. So, as the title suggests, if you were in control of Pokémon and could make the best Pokémon game ever, what would it be like? What would be perfect, addicting, and challenging to you? (I'm posting this here cause it didn't seem to fit in any one game forum and I couldn't find a similar already existing thread.)

Here's mine:

The game would be primarily based around the Legendaries, but it would be different from any other game that's ever been made. Each Legendary would have a shrine that was described as their home where they would appear to the Pokémon as chosen guardians in times of need. But the shrines are empty now, and the Legendaries gone.

The plotline would follow two characters that are trying to bring back the Legendaries, and you acquire your starter (choosing from any of the nine) and join one of them as they gather followers and form a Team. Many events throughout the game allow you to quickly and easily assemble a powerful team of Pokémon, but the in-game opponents' Pokémon are around your level or even higher. And while that means more EXP and that your team grows faster, the opponents are vastly stronger in the next area you would visit.

You end up teaming with one Legendary (depending on how you play) to lead you to an island, located randomly based on how you play, to awaken the remaining Legendaries, which are attacked by the opposing Team's followers, and so the Legendaries go on a rage destroying towns and houses, and you have to battle them. Based on how you do, the Legendary may accept you. If it does, you get Pokédex data and it fights alongside your Team against the other Team, who at the same time is after other Legendaries.

The game would take place in all three regions, but to prevent the game form being too big to fit all that data, only a few towns and key areas would be visitable, and the others not exist. And all possibilities for where you meet the Legends and where the islands are, are already programmed, so like if you do x at point y, the island will be here and the next Legendary will be...Zapdos, but if you do z at point w, it's something else.

All the Legendaries are on level 100, and some battles have you with 2 Legends taking on Team Admins with all Level 100 Pokémon. And then at the end there's some sort of final showdown that's different depending on how you play, which Legendaries each Team gets, where the key islands and shrines are and stuff. After you beat the opposing Team once and for all and win the game, you could capture any Legend that had ever allied with you, but them being on level 100 makes it insanely hard... Even after that there are various tournaments and special tasks you could accomplish to acquire special Legendary Symbols that would enable you to meet the other Legends, even the ones that had been a part of the other Team.

I think that would be soooo cool, and not to mention extremely challenging...*drools* Does anyone else think that would be cool? *is met by crickets chirping.*

So, share your ideas on what the most absolutely perfect Pokémon game would be like if you had your way.

Well, mine would be like RBYGSCRSEFRLG. Except it would take place in all three regions of Kanto, Johto and Hoenn. There would be every Pokemon available in the game, no version exclusives, and all legendaries would be available without visiting Nintendo events. The game would start you off in Kanto, where you can pick from Charmander, Bulbasaur or Squirtle, but later on there would be opportunities to get the two you didn't pick. Something like, you get to pick one when you beat 4 Gyms and one when you beat the Elite 4 for the first time. You would be able to travel to the Sevii Islands at the sime time as in FRLG.
When you beat the Elite 4, you can travel to Johto, where you pick one of the three starters, with the same opportunities as in Kanto to get the other two. When you travel to Kanto, you must leave all your Pokemon behind and start afresh with your new ones. When you beat the Elite 4 for the second time (first time snce entering Johto) you can access your Kanto Pokemon from the PC.
After beating the Elite 4 after completing Johto you gain access to Hoenn. Here again it is the same situation with the starters and your old Pokemon.
In Kanto, after you beat the Elite 4 in every region, you travel back to Kanto, where there is a fight between Mew and Mewtwo going on near Cerulean City. When you approach you get caught in the crossfire and killed, your parties tears then bring you back to life, a la Mewtwo Strikes Back. After this Mewtwo reterats into Cerulean Cave and Mew comes to rest on a new island, which is accessible by the surf TM.
In Johto, you cannot access Lugia in the same way as in GSC, but when you capture the three Kanto legendary birds and bring them all to Whirl Island Lugia emerges from the depths and you get your chance to capture it. Celebi is found in the shrine in Ilex Forest, and the only way to catch it is to go there with a team of 5 Pokemon that love you completely. Celebi then would appear to you and you can catch it.
In Hoenn, the story roughly follows that of Emerald. But, when you beat the Elite 4, Latios and Latias could be roaming wild in any region. When Rayquaza calms Groudon and Kyogre, he doesn't return to the Sky Pillar. Instead, after you reach a certain point in the game, Deoxys appears and has a huge fight with Rayquaza, which is only resolved when Jirachi appears and sends them both to their respective homes. Jirachi then descends to you and you have the chance to catch it. Deoxys' home is reachable via Surf.
Well, that's it, unfortunately it will never happen.

I once had an idea like that, only it was dumb, it was sort of that the game kept track of months, and within the first month of your game, the other two starters could be found in Route 1, but with the rarity of a shiny. XD

Hey, that's a cool idea. One of the reasons a lot of people didn't like kanto as a secondary region in G/S/C was because you already had a fully trained team by that point.

I love the idea with the Legendaries, it makes a much better climax for the game than the current beat the E4 and you win. Plus it sort of ties in the movies and origins/egends about all of them. Only what happened to Ho-oh and the 3 beasts? =3 They'd probably go together like Lugia and the 3 birds, right?

My best game would be a mixture of Pokemon Stadium (2) and Netbattle. We have an excellent AI, any Pokemon, any moveset, any ability (basically what is in my sig) and you battle in tournament and against gym leaders. Netbattle is almost a perfect Pokemon game (and it is not made by Nintendo!!) AND IT IS FREE!!

Thanks, that's what I was going for with the movies and a more interesting climax. I'm not sure what would happen with Ho-oh and the 3 beasts, I couldn't really think of anything to do with them. Although I'm a bit annoyed that I had to put Rayquaza in two story parts of it. Oh well. Oh yeah, something to add to mine, shinies would be about half as rare as they are noe, so as to let more people, i.e. me, catch some. And there would be a few master balls, like a couple for each region, what with the humungous legendary content in the game. You would not be able to travel to Orre in my ideal game, as it has no wild Pokemon except at the Pokespots. Also, there would be a side quest involving photographing certain Pokemon for someone. This could be done at any point in the game after reaching Vermilion City and talking to they chairman of the Pokemon fan club twice.
