Rest
curse

Rest is pretty important for the Curse Set. :/ Gotta recover some how.

sceptile lv100
Substitute
crunch Leech Seed... is better
thunder punch
leaf blade

You don't need Solar Beam AND Leaf Blade. Both basically do the same thing except Leaf Blade doesn't need charging up. :/ If you can't get Sub, Safeguard is okay.... INGAME... sorta.

zapdos lv 100
Light Screen
thunderbolt
HP Special/Mimic
Thunder Wave

ingame set again. Mimic is to copy an opponent's Sp.Attack. >_>; Since Thunder and Thunderbolt are both Electric attacks that damage, you don't need both.

entei lv 100
HP Special....
calm mind
fire blast
Substitute/Reflect

not much this Pokemon can do. >_>

raikou lv100
Substitute/Reflect/Thunder Wave
crunch
thunderbolt
calm mind

ho-oh lv100
sacred fire
EQ
Aerial Ace
Shadow Ball

is it good or what;rukario;
I dunno. It could be better. :/ There is no perfect team (as stated before).

you shouldn't over-lap attacks either. If a Pokemon knows Thunderbolt, there's no need for Thunder.

Sceptile used Sunny Day!
Sceptile used Solarbeam =180 power.

Sceptile used Leaf Blade= 105 power.
Sceptile used Leaf Blade= 105 power.

2 turns for set up and attack= 180 power.
2 turns of leaf blade= 210 power.

Pretttttty big difference. This is proff that leaf blade>solarbeam on sceptile. if you want to sunnybeam, use exeggutor or shiftry.

No offence, but you forgot something.

Sure, in two turns you'll have 180 power with Solarbeam, and 210 with Leaf Blade.

But if you kept going, you'd get

3 turns Solarbeam- 360 Power
3 turns Leaf Blade- 315

4 turns Solarbeam- 540 Power.
4 turns LeafBlade- 420 Power.

5 turns Solarbeam- 720 Power.
5 turns Leafblade- 525 Power.

I stopped at 5 'cause that's Solarbeams PP limit.

But then again, if you use PP ups, Solarbeam reaches 8 PP.

Except no non-Chlorophyll poke would waste their time Sunnybeaming anyway :/

~DS ;121;;373;

Solarbeam has 10 PP, and its useless on Pokemon without Chlorophyll. Leaf Blade has far more PP, and a high critical-hit ratio. End of argument.

Well, no really. Sure, I do think you should go with leaf blade in this case, but that is not entirely true! (Well the PP bit is.) Remember, SD also, ups the power of Synthesis. And ups fire-type moves, if you your poke knows one this is quite handy.

Furthermore, sunnybeaming wastes two movesets, as opposed to one with Leaf Blade on its own. Thus you have a free space for another move.

Now its the end of the argument :p

solar beam= low pp, wastes two attacks, wastes a first turn attack
leaf blade= better pp, high CH rating

leaf blade>solar beam

chlorophyll is not on sceptile anyway

I was trying to wrap the whole solar beam thing up in one post, since tai700 seems to have a listening problem.

You can't listen on the internet.

I tell you what though, the internet is serious business nonetheless.

Anyway subseeding is a bit too frustrating considering it takes ages in-game so I'd just go for the special set on sceptile.

What would said special set be? Leaf Blade, Thunder Punch, Crunch and...umm....what is it again?

Dragon Claw.

HP ice is too hard to get in-game so DC does the job, obviously not as well though.
