Spiker: Skarmory/Omastar
CBer:Heracross
Hazer: Weezing
Psuedo Hazer: Lugia/Skarmory :-/
Sleeper: Persian(the fastest sleeper in the game according to Smogon), and Milotic
Extra>Annoyer:Lanturn(parafuser), and Aggron(TWave/Rock Slide combo), and maybe even Serenesparce with Headbutt and King's Rock
Extra>BPer: ProtectJask and CMspeon

Claydol can't do a thing to dusclops who comes in to block rapid spin. Smeargle is the worst, but I'm talking about ones who naturally learn spikes. Ou CBER like heracross, salamence, and metagross.

Donphan can hurt clops with a STABED EQ coming off a 120 attack.

True but it will most likely not OHKO it. Dusclops can counter with WoW and Pain Spilt. But yes you're right, a more effective spinner against Donphan is a Starmie/Blastoise b/c they can just kill it with a stabbed surf.
