Theres all the information known about them. Some make little appearances in the new/upcoming games but so far they are all uncatchable.

Manyula is Sneasals evo. So yes, Sneasal will evolve in the future.

Castfrom does not evolve

Sudowoodo doesnt evolve, but Bonsly, another 4th gen Pokemon, is its pre-evo.
