Welcome to the second version of a thread that was formerly in the Entertainment section many years ago and eventually closed. Basically, here's what goes down:

-You post to wish some of the users here a happy birthday.
-You post to wish yourself a happy birthday (if necessary).
-And since it's the "Birthday Thread" in general, talk about past birthdays, presents, etc. Go wild.
-Try to be a little more thoughtful than the "Happy birthday to all the users who were born today," which was essentially every other post in the original thread.
-Decrease the suicide rate of some of the depressed people who stay on their computers all day here.

Where do I find today's birthdays?

Go the the forum index and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under the forum statistics will be a list of everyone who has a birthday on the current day.
