No. I don't consider it anime at all. Lookwise? Perhaps. But it's a cartoon made by Americans, so, no...I consider it a cartoon.

Animated by studio Madhouse, does that means it's anime? I have no idea.

The show itself, I'm sure it had depth but the vulgarity is so appealing, it's hard to notice. It's based off a comic strip, which I would want to read a bit of it out of curiosity but I can't find it.
