All you have to do is post a pair of Pokemon(different species). Then someone will answer if the two Pokemon can actually breed. After you give the answer, you need to give their Egg Group, because if they do not have the same Egg Group they cannot breed, and if they have the same Egg Group they can breed. The one who made the question says the answer, if it is correct the player who got it right can make another pair of Pokemon and wait for someone to answer his question, if the player got it wrong the one who made the question can make another pair.
To start off I will give a Pokemon pair then you will continue it.

Example
Question:
;043;+;273;=?

Answer:
Yes, they can breed because both of them belong to the Plant Egg Group.

This is a list of egg groups by their index number in the games:

5. Ground group: The largest group, Pokémon here are terrestrial in nature.
6. Fairy group: Pokémon in this group are petite and considered very cute.
7. Plant group: Pokémon in this group are plant-like in appearance.
8. Humanshape group: Pokémon in this group are fully bipedal.
9. Water 3 group: Pokémon in this group resemble aquatic invertebrates.
10. Mineral group: Pokémon in this group are crystalline or silicon-based.
11. Indeterminate group: Pokémon in this group are amorphous, having no definite form.
12. Water 2 group: Pokémon in this group are fish-like in appearance.
13. Ditto group: Pokémon in this group are capable of breeding with all others (regardless of gender) aside from the no eggs group.
14. Dragon group: Pokémon in this group are draconic in appearance.
15. No eggs group: Pokémon in this group are unable to breed with anything.
