After losing the previous caption contest to Pikalax's mighty ego, the Croagunk Mafia cornered Pikalax and demanded his ego and also a vow to stop quoting LittleKuriboh and give other people a better chance to win. Unfortunately, everyone knows that Pikalax wouldn't take heed. D911 started a booth to place bets on Pikalax' funeral date. Though unknown to him, gambling the life of a person, or even a Pokémon hybrid for that matter, is illegal. And with Pikalax being in the minority group, D911 is pretty much screwed.
