Yes if you remember in the middle of last year, I made a thread that simply asks if there was a Pokemon character that has the same name as you. Well I am asking the same question again.

Do you have a Pokemon character that has the same name as you?

Yes I do, Marisa (the little girl from the episode The Crystal Onix)

Nice of Nintendo to use my name for the Battle Frontier Owner. Of course I look nothing like Scott in the show, (I'm not a big fat party animal, and I consider myself a handsome devil ), but it's nice to have my name finally used after 400 episodes for a recurring character to boot!

the closest I've had my name in the anime was a Delcatty that was given the dub name "Johnny" D:

and also Butch called James "Jon" on purpose in the lugia mini-arc...

otherwise, nobody in the entire history of the show ever had the name "Jonathan" ;_;

That very generic pokémon researcher from that awful Johto filler 'Whichever Way the Wind Blows'. Though, I'm really not sure if his name was spelt with a 'ph' or a 'v'. If it was a 'v', it applies to me~

And there's that guy with bling coating his fingers, who has a disturbing obsession with rocks and is known for training Steel type pokémon.

Definitely not with the dubbed names, anyway. I'm not sure with the early characters' Japanese names.

Interestingly, I don't recall there being a Michael in the animé 0_o. It's a rather common name, so I'm surprised there hasn't been a Michael....Of course, I may just not remember an animé Michael. Anyone who knows a Michael in the animé, feel free to prove me wrong. I'd love to meet my cartoon counterpart >_<

So was Prof Birch's assistant, and it's his Japanese name too (or something very similar)
"Amanda" has never been used but should be one day. My real life name that no one ever will know doesn't and probably never will be on Pokemon.
