;018; Hello and Welcome to The Cool League. This is a league where you will battle to become the best you can. You may not win all your battles, but you will learn through defeat. All the challengers that will come through here will hopefully become better battles when they leave. So without Further ado, Welcome to The Cool League!

Rules
1. All SPPF rules apply.
2. No spamming. Be respectful in your posts.
3. Refer to the following Clauses (if anything is not listed here, then it does not apply to this League):
Species Clause
- You can't use two or more of the same Pokémon in a team.

Item Clause
- Two Pokémon can't hold same items.
* Using Trick/Switcheroo in a Pokémon and receiving/getting an item that other Pokémon in your team has doesn't break the clause.

OHKO Clause
- You are strictly prohibited of using OHKO moves. They are Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure and Sheer Cold.

Sleep Clause
- You can't use sleep inducing moves in opponent's Pokémon when there's another Pokémon in his/her team asleep. Yawn can't be used to PseudoHaze (make opponent switch) when there's another Pokémon asleep caused by you. When the asleep Pokémon awakes or faints, you're free to make another Pokémon of his/her team asleep. Sleeping being caused by Effect Spore or Rest does not count.
4. The following Pokemon are completely banned from this League:

Blaziken
Darkrai
Deoxys (Normal, Speed and Attack)
Dialga
Excadrill
Garchomp
Genesect*
Giratina (Altered and Origin)
Groudon
Ho-oh
Keldeo*
Kyogre
Lugia
Manaphy
Meoletta*
Mewtwo
Palkia
Rayquaza
Reshiram
Thunderous
Shaymin-S
Wobbuffet
Wynaut
Zekrom

NOTE: Any currently unobtainable DW abilities on Pokemon are automatically banned.

* These Pokemon are banned due to not having the events released, thus making them impossible to have.


5. The following items and abilities are currently banned from this League:

Banned Abilities:
- Moody
-Drizzle and Sift Swim

Banned Items:
- Soul Dew
6. All Challengers and Leaders must submit a team that they plan to use for every battle, and CANNOT change it without notifying the leader of this League.
* This is to avoid anyone making a full team of Pokemon to counter a Leader. Anyone caught changing up their team without permission will be removed from the League. After official Gym Battles, Leaders and Challengers are recommended to PM the team used against them in order to confirm that no Pokemon were changed. This rule does not stop you from changing the movesets or items on your Pokemon.
7. All Leaders and Challengers are recommended to save their Battle Videos, in case any issues come up (hacking accusations, etc.) and you will be required to allow the other person to save it (meaning no shutting your game off as soon as you lose/win).
8. This is a PO League! No wifi battles!
9. You must use your partner!
10. Losing to a GL means a day before you can battle them again. Losing to an E4 means 2 days. You may battle different leaders in the meantime.
11. When wanting to challenge the E4, post "I want to challenge the E4!". Then, you will be approved or disapproved depending on the number of badges you have.
12. Do your best, and have fun! ^__^

Gym Leaders: In order to qualify as a specific type's Gym Leader, your team must have 4/6 Pokemon matching your Gym's type.

Elite 4: In order to qualify as an Elite 4, your team must have 5/6 Pokemon matching your type.

Note: If you lose a Battle, but the GL/E4 felt that you had skills you may earn the badge.

No, you can't. Sorry.

Also, for the leaders to know, the Pokemon on the userbar will be the Pokemon on the badge. But it can be something else if you request it.
