The Guardians of the four Pokemon Regions are under a terrible curse. Finding help in time will be hard, but who is there to help these unknown, unheard of guardians?
History
At the beginning of time, after the five regions of Pokemon, Kanto, Hoenn, Johto, and Orre were created, Mew was given the task of protecting all four of these regions from evil, from pain, and from famine. Mew couldn’t handle all of these jobs on her own, so she created four guardians from ordinary Pokemon to protect those who inhabited their regions.
To Kanto, she gave the power of water, in the form of a small Vaporeon. She was to protect Kanto from storms and hurricanes. She teamed up with the water Pokemon she commanded to save the coasts of the region from the largest hurricane ever. She was then elected to become the Guardian of Kanto. Hoenn received the Power of Fire, in the form of a humble Blaziken. He had helped the Legendary Pokemon to save themselves in his own adventures, so he was elected by the legendaries to become Guardian of Hoenn. To Johto was given the Power of Grass. A newly elected member, a Meganium, had been elected to be the Guardian of Johto, because he saved many people from a horrible drought by giving his own food and water up for the humans. Orre was given the Guardian of Air in the form of a Swellow. He had fought alongside the hero of Orre to save them from the Shadow Pokemon, so he was given the authority as their Guardian.
Mew was pleased with her selected Guardians, inviting them to a lunch to meet each other. But Mewtwo had other plans. He was not going to let Mew have a complete grasp on the regions. He kidnapped the Guardians, and placed an ancient curse on them. They would be forced from their human forms into their Pokemon forms every full moon, to curse others to be transformed into Pokemon by biting them, (like a were-wolf) spreading the curse to them as well.
The Guardians headed out to find Mew, telling them the terrible deed Mewtwo had committed. Mew realized that her Guardians were now imperfect; keeping them would ruin her good name among the other Legendaries of the council. She erased the Guardians’ memories, replacing them with false memories of human lives and dropped them in their respective regions, leaving them to live out human lives.
Plot
The Guardians were not gone, however. Every 100 years a blue moon lights up the night sky of the Pokemon world. The Guardians may have cursed many others to the same were-wolfish like existence as them, but they were ready to remember. When the blue moon shines again, their memories will be restored and they will set out to right this wrong, along with all the others they respectively cursed.

Description: Mylie is tall and thin, about 6 feet tall. She has short, wavy, blonde hair with turquoise blue highlights. She has beautiful blue eyes, almost the color of the ocean. Her cheeks are always flushed pink with sun burn over her many freckles. She goes around town in white blouse and a long flowing turquoise blue skirt decorated with graceful Vaporeons and Gyradoses. She usually just wears a one-piece Speedo bathing suit. It’s black with navy blue laser lights flowing across the middle. She usually has a pair of goggles strapped on the top of her head, they’re always getting caught in her dangly earrings.
Personality: Mylie is what you’d call a beach bum; she’s determined to stay at her job on the beach. She hangs out on the beach all day. Mylie isn’t your typical beach bum though, because once she starts a job, she finishes it, which shows her great determination. She loves to hang around the beach, laughing and boogie boarding; it’s what you’d call her hide-away or sanctuary. She’s usually very happy and always laughing her crystal clear laugh on the beaches of Vermillion City. She’s fascinated by hurricanes, but she turned down a chance to be a meteorologist for a job as a post-card photographer on Vermillion Beach. She didn’t want to spend four years away from the beach simply to go to college. So, instead of evacuating when a hurricane comes, she hangs around and watches it from the beach, as though trying to remember a long-lost memory. She isn't the smartest egg in the dozen, but she makes up for it with her strong determination and lack of complaining. She never complains about anything, you'll never hear her complaning about anything, even if it's life threatening. She's very loyal and faithful, always sticking by her good friends.
