Pkmner: Starter of your choice (any gen) that must remain underlevelled compared to your party.
Definition of underlevelled:
1 level below everything else from start - end of 2nd Gym.
3 levels below everything else from end of 2nd Gym - end of 4th Gym.
5 levels below everything else from end of 4th Gym - end of 6th Gym.
7 levels below everything else after the 6th Gym.
Definition of underlevelled:

pkmner, take an Electivire. Must know Ice Punch and Cross Chop, and evolve Electabuzz when he defeats your rival's starter in every battle up to Canalave City.

-Nosepass that evolves after you survive a Steel-type attack
-Beautifly that must keep Poison Sting - unless it solos any Gym AFTER Veilstone
-Piplup as your starter. It must be female, cannot evolve, and name it Dawn
-bidoof no restrictions
-Abomasnow called Fluffy. Make sure it knows Wood Hammer, and evolves after it defeats your rivals starter anywhere
can i please have another pokemon other than onix cause i already have a steel type

Take a female Pelipper, which may not know any HM moves.
every time I get a flying type, it can't know any HMs, but I'm cool with that, more of a challenge
ok, well if I don't get another Pokemon by 12:30EST, I guess I'll have a Nosepass that must survive a hit from Maylene's Lucario or Solo's the Rival's battle in Pastoria.

-Gardevoir (Elegance) w/Hypnosis, evolve after defeating all trainers in Hearthome Gym
-Wooper evolve w/Yawn.
-Stantler w/Zen Headbutt
-Rapidash evolves defeating 10 water types that aren't Magikarp
-Drifloon evolve w/Explosion.
