the defense of my shieldon

Hi!


I have a shieldon at lv 29

that it has:

def 110
def spe 75

i trained it with a special trade (ev pokemon)
i get him 255ev to defense and 148ev to def spe
how is it?
is it good?

how will be its statistic after the evolution?

it has great defences! once its evolved nd at max level it can get around and even over 400 in the defence stats!!

umble....yes i think too that it has a good defense
but its def spe is low...

what do you think about def spe?

No its special defence stat can also get up to 400+ if you EV train it and have the prefered natured.

With a random nature and randomly EV trained i would guess Defence would be around 350-380 at level 100 and Special Defence would be around 300-330???

What is your Shieldon's nature? It should be Impish if you expect to have a huge defense boost.

Relaxed hinders speed, while Impish hinders SP ATK. Bastiodon has no use for either of those stats though since it's mainly used as a borderline wall.

yes....but bastiodon don't have a good speed so it' useless to trade a pokemon with the Impish nature...
infact it can have at lv 100 174speed (with the write nature for speed)

yes you have reason....but I have trained this and it is at lv 39
i can't trade an other....it' so boring and tiring!! ^^'

my bastiodon (at lv.39)has

106 hp
188 def
134 sp.def

is it good?

Shuckle sucks. Have fun with your miniscule hp while dealing **** *** damage to anything.
