The Earos Region

OK, I'm making another region -.-

Here is the entire region map:

And now, the first tile area of the region: The Main Character's House!:

Less than you expected huh?

Fakedex:

Nuttle (Nut+Little)
Type: Grass
Nuttles can be found hanging from trees in the hotter seasons. In the winter, it closes up into its tight shell.

Cranix (Crack+Pheonix)
Type: Fire/Rock
Cranix's egg is as hard as stone. When in danger, it hides in its egg and flares up.

Minaut (Mini+Nautilus)
Type: Water
Minauts are found in shallow waters in cool climates. Its four tentacles can extend to capture prey in the water. They can also propel it through the water.

This is where the journey starts!

Just to add how can you have a water route on land. You could at least put a lake maybe?

And I like the town, just needs more, like a lab and some flowers and stuff.

Allow me to evaluate....

The main character has moved into a new house. It is in the middle of the woods. He goes out of the town and into the route where the professor just ...happens to be doing fieldwork when he sees the main character without a pokemon. Then a pokemon pops out attacks the professor....and you can continue from there.

Hopefully this helps you understand the point of the "loner's" house in the woods...

Then you could at least puit more trees, flowers, or add some water. If its in the woods, there should have more nature around it.
Also, the region maps too big and empty, try making it smaller and adding more routes. Also, the outline of the region is horrible, try to make it more like an actual island or continent. Also, I would suggest you use the FR/LG colors on the map, they look better.
Nice to see you back on though =D. Now I can bug you on the internet too. <.<

The region map is really bad. There is a water route on land, dugeon/caves with no routes connecting to them, a surfing route slanted when it's not up against land, and it's really bad. Also, the town is small, boring, the trees don't overlap right, bad use of bushes, and you need a lot of work.

M'kay, I'm not too good at region maps......-.- The overworld is just the first one... and I've got an update!

The new ones are good ideas, but theyre extremely small. Dont get into that habit.
I cant properly rate them right now. You cant put as much detail into a tiny sprite, and I know that isnt your best.

you remember when I made things small, its not a good habit to get into.

The pokemon are way to small, when you make another one remember to make it bigger like the sprites you see in the games. OK?
