the easiest way to get a dragon fang

use thief/covet on dragon tamer nichola's pokemon. each of them has one, i think
it worked in sapphire. i hav a 90% chance that it works in ruby and emerald.

Uhm, it could be used to evolve Seadra aswell.

Oh god, you got the dragon fang and scale mixed up!
Dragon scale evolves Seadra, Dragon fang only boosts dragon type moves

ahhh,cmon it is a help to those who needs em.or for those who are fond of collecting items like me. i even found a lucky egg in a bold nature chancy.
i hav 8 focus bands.4 hard stones. and also i hav a shiny articuno my self(my favorite)

Yeah, there's also that Bug guy at Registeel's route. One of his Pokemon (Masquerain, I think) or all of them have Silverpowder. And the Linoone that the Lady and Rich Boy have hold a Nugget.
