How exactly does the ev berries help your pokemon when it lowers your evs by 10?

it increse the happiness of pokemon eg eevee so it can evolve quicker.

I knew that part but is there away of making your pokemon stronger with these berries?

if you either didn't EV train, or EV trained in the wrong stat, it lets you go back and correct your mistake ( as long as the pokemon isn't already level 100).
