The Fastest 3rd Gen Poke?

I always thought that Electrode or Dugtrio was the fastest.

Its really S-Deoxys BTW ninjask was close but S-Deoxys beat it by 20 base stats ninjasks is 160 base speed and S-Deoxys is 180 base speed
there was a thread like this on the Poke Polls hmm this is a lil different limiting the pokemon to 3rd Gen

ninjask. but only if has been in battle a few turns to have Speed Boost help it. but that is just my opinion.

Anyway, I guess I'll give the speed award to either Ninjask or Sceptile. :3 Speed Deoxys may very well be fast, but...well, I chose to go with the former instead. XD

I think Ninjask is the fastest Pokemon in the Third Generation in my opinion. Although Electrode comes close to a tie.

Deoxys Speed is the fastest. Right behind Ninjask. And then I think Electrode.

Ninjask is your next choice. But its not that helpful in games though. Useful in Metagames, but not really in the GBA games. but w/e.

Speed Deoxys as stated 20 times before, although Electrode should be pretty fast since it can roll around very quickly (Like in that old Kanto episode).
