yes, I could draw you an Espeon. BUT IT'S NOT ONE OF THE CHOICES.
I make Banners, Text and Banner Signatures, Avatars, and Wallpapers. And Victory makes Trainer Edits and Recolors. BUT NONE OF US MAKE POKEMON DRAWINGS.

Usually you'll have to provide the images for me to make the banner faster, but since you're the first customer I'll let it slide xD.

And no . . . I can't make "dark" banners look like banners with a lot of light like the Togekiss one, but it'll still look good.
