The fourth little legendary

This is a thread that is following some pattern that Nintendo does every generation of pokemon; little legendarys.

The first three little legendarys were Mew (Kanto), Celebi (Johto), and Jirachi (Hoenn). This thread is to guess what the details about the fourth legendary of this group. Some call it the 'secret' legendary.

This thread is purely for guessing things about the fourth little legendary, you can start by guessing things from the list below.

Here is a list of things that are suggested you choose from, and examples.

-;385;: Pokemon channel/bonus disk (America)

4) The strange ability mentioned in the pokedex:

-;251;: Time travel
-;385;: Wish granting

5) Secondary type (first being psychic):
-;151;: N/A
-;251;: Grass
-;385;: Steel

6) What they represent (this one took a lot of arguing for me to decide):

-;251;: Change
-;385;: Fate

Really good predictions

This section is for those really really good predictions on the fourth legendary, or just cool ideas that a lot of people (or myself) like.

-A psychic/fighting type with wings. (Dark_Jolteon)

-A psychic/ground based on Egyptian mythology. (adamgnome)

-Basing the pokemon's name upon what they represent, only in a different language. (Damn Zigzagoon)

-A psychic/dark black cat that has a moon sign on it's forhead, is based on Egyptian mythology (again), and is small and really cute. (E4Babosow)

Rules
This is just a list of basic rules to go by.

1) NO SPAMMING/FLAMING.

2) No going off topic. You can argue about certain aspects of the fourth legendary or go just a little off topic, that's fine. But don't do things like argue about Rukario being the pokemon form of anubis and a kangaroo combined (that actually happened).

3) Respect eachother, like always.

4) No making stupid predictions, such as "oh! oh I think dat da 4rth legendry is gonna come out of ashe's head. HUHUHUHUHUHUHU, I'm so funny."

5) (relating to rule #2) You CAN chat about Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi. That's not considered going off topic, but no other pokemon that exists.

for the new little legend. I would like to see an electric/psychic one with levitate (that will never happen), if not, then a bug/psychic with shed skin.
(that more imposible, but I can have dreams)

EDIT: the power of the electric one is control the nature (weather, movement of the planets, bright of sun, everything related at nature)
it will live in a special and very little yellow cloud

My "Idea"

Riiari (Jap Name, Duh)
Psychic/Dark
Moonlight Pokemon
Ability: New Moon (Rotates stats every turn: So lets say ones paralyzed. like Riiachi VS Pikachu or something. Pikachu is paralyzed. Next Turn, Riiachi is paralyzed, then next turn Pikachu is, etc.) Or gets rid of stats after two turns.

I'm with you there, but I can't see them changing it. I'll be pleasantly surprised if they do, though.

I'm not so sure that Psychic/Bug wouldn't be cute, so that doesn't necessarily exclude that type from being paired with the fourth 'Little Legendary'. For the sake of keeping on topic, I wouldn't mind a pairing that included Dark, Fire, or Ghost. The ability would probably be Pressure, Serene Grace, Synchronize, or Natural Cure.

they all had diffrent abilitys, but each had to do with a status effect, personally, here's what I'd like

Name:???
(Dark/ghost)/psychic
ability: an ability that doesn't allow status effects on your or your opponent
special thingy in the pokedex: It can go to diffrent dimensions!
Monument: a lighted orb in some temple/museum

This May Be Dumb But My Guess Might Be Psychic And Ground Or Rock Mew Was Just A Regular Psychic Who Is Believed To Be The Ancestor Celebi Has Power Of Psychic And The Grass Part Of Earth...Jirachi Was Psychic And Wish And Part Of The Mysterious Rock A Part Of Earth(In A Way)....So The New One Might Be Psychic With Ground Or Rock A Part Of Eath

I think they go like this:

Mew = Change
Celebi = Time
Jirachi = Fate

Now the fourth one would be something similarly unavoidable, you can't avoid change, time or fate, so the next one may be something like death or love.

Lucario is based off of Anubis, who has something to do with death or the underworld, so I think its opposite will have something to do with life, or heaven (angel). It could also try and opposite it using other Egyptian gods.

To be more specific, the three spheres. Kyogre was the Hydrosphere, Groudon was the Lithosphere, and Rayquaza was the Atmosphere.

Pluto's another name for Hades.
