Ok, this has bugged me for the longest time.

For those who know about DB, they know that Trunks created an alternate timeline, most people actually know that two additional ones were created, and a good portion know that in reality, their were 3 new timelines.
As the link above shows, the fourth (unseen, unknown, never happened, other fan names for it, ect) timeline only has the Cell games as known. But HOW?
The first timeline is the actually the second one that was created, it is the main timeline, the one that leads to Majin Buu and (non canon) GT.
The Second is the original, how things would have happened had Bulma not been a Genious.
The third is the timeline where Trunks destroys the Androids with blueprints from timeline 4, Trunks from this timeline creates TL 4, and Cell kills Trunks 3 years after the androids are defeated and goes to help create TL 1.
Timeline 4 has very little "known" after Trunks leaves to go back after talking to Goku. We know Trunks came back and got the Blueprints from the lab. And we "know" that the Cell Games happened. Now, here is where my questions come in.
1 Cell? How did Cell get to this timeline? As you see, both Cells that were ever activated were taken care of, and one was destroyed in the lab. So the only remaining Cell is the one from TL 4 itself, but he won't even be activated for 20 more years, so how do we have the Cell Games, when as far as I can tell, Cell is never in this Timeline?
2 How were the Blueprints obtained anyway (unless Gero left them in the top of the lab in this timeline) Without Cell, than the basement would have never been found, and Cell would not have been killed, and the blueprints would not have been found anyway.
3 With the androids destroyed, than even if Cell appeared, why would he have the Cell games, if he never achieved Perfect form, than he did not have a chance at the Z Fighters.
