Eevee is Shy with Strangers! The Catcher in the Flowers!!

On their way to Anistar City, Serena is practicing for the next Pokémon Showcase and trying out new performances. While doing so, they spot an Eevee dancing in the flowers. With the dance impressing Serena, she goes to befriend it but Eevee is reluctant, causing Serena to come up with an idea to befriend the Eevee. Will she be able to befriend it and create a new performance?

That Eevee's scene at night was beautiful, as was the capture one.

Eevee apparently used Swift and Protect.

Wow, so Eevee was scared of everyone but Bunnelby, it hid behind him just like in the ending.

Overall a great episode, very entertaining. Nice lil' interactions between the Pokémon.

So she did know Protect?? Yay I was right!!! Swift is a decent enough move though so I'm happy.

In other news, did one of the writers get replaced by a bunnelby fanatic or something, the thing has gotten as much screen-time over these last couple episodes, as goomy did while it was around.

I guess they randomly had an epiphany that Bunnelby has gotten no focus or personality for the last 80ish episodes and decided to make up for lost time, better late then never I guess.

Good capture episode, if standard, Serena was cool, nothing much else to say.

This was a cute episode; Eevee was so adorable. I love how timid Eevee was and I thought it was a great bonding episode for Serena and Eevee. 10/10

Nah it is far from being as terrible as SMC. It was just a few frames and none of them were really important, the rest of the episode looked okay to me, despite being a bit different. The scene where Eevee danced in the moonlight was wonderful though.

At least this time we had most of the focus on Serena. Barely saw much out of anyone else aside from her and Eevee which was great. Still I'm glad there is more coming from those two. As much as I liked what we did see there is more to be desired.

So what did ole Platinum Fan think of this episode? It was cute and that's really about it. I do really like Eevee. I don't recall Eevees having a diverse personality in the anime. I think only Gary's came off as something different that I can remember. But this Eevee ranks up there in personality. It never broke character even after bonding with Serena and was even distrusting of her after the TR scuffle. This is going to be a entertaining Pokemon.

The overall feel of the episode was good. I enjoyed Frogadier spraying Hawlucha. Braixen and the Cham were great as always playing off Serena's character. And then there was Bunnelby! I don't know what Bunnelby's deal was with Eevee letting it take that Fairy foreshadowing treat but I like it. Bunnelby is getting more and more attention and I love it more every time it appears. But poor Chespin took the fall for it. BunnelbyXEevee anyone?

Not much really to say. Nothing too special happened. Serena see's a dancing Eevee and spends the entire episode being greedy and wanting it. Eevee despite being shy, is a nice Pokemon. Stopping Serena from walking off a cliff to her death. She's not TR so she wouldn't have survived that. Speaking of which TR was used pretty well here actually. No complaints. This was just a cute Serena episode. Nothing groundbreaking. It does show Serena is more outgoing, like running to save Eevee even as Jessie's attacking. She channeled her inner Ash there. The best thing of this episode was the end. Eevee is still shy and easily spooked even by the smallest of Pokemon. This gives Serena a great challenge for the future with her Pokemon team. I personally cannot wait to see how she gets Eevee to perform and the dynamic it will add to her team for the future. This also makes me excited for next week's episode. More Eevee. Never been this excited for a Eevee before. Oh Serena, why do your episodes always catch my interest?

not yet i think its too early for the writers to show a hint of what Eevee going to evolve, watched the episode today and i really like it. Eevee so adorable and i can say the writers did a good job giving Eevee to Serena with shy personality. the animation not bad at all ( my fav moment when Serena saw Eevee dancing at night) .

I laugh during the Bunnelby scene when Clemont and Bonnie tho Chespin eat the Poffles and Bunnelby was like " i dont know anything" with that face lol!

and i think i get it why Eevee is not scared of Bunnelby, remember when Bunnelby saw Eevee getting the Poffles but instead telling it to Bonnie and Clemont, he just let Eevee eat the Poffles without saying to the members. Bonnie also mention about Bunnelby of being kind/gentle
